hey y'all.

need ur wise words of wisdom! i have 2 wks til my holiday with bf. am a size uk 6/8 and weight about 8st/112lbs. i've out on about half a stone/7 lbs and it has really hit me! my tum is really round and bloated and my hips or thighs have put on too :-( i feel hideous. what's the best way i can drop weight and shrink my stomach but without fasting completely. 

all tips and advice welcome x x x

Ok, here goes for my first post into my journal :-)

Hello friends to be, 

I am Sacha from London, UK. I'm 27 (but look nearly 10 years younger! lol) Have 1 son and 1 luvvverly boyf of nearly 2 years. I live in my own house just myself and my son. I am a uk size 6/us size 2 and am 5'2"

Have had unrecognised ED ana/mia since I was 14ish. I have now decided it will help me to have an outlet and speak to people who will now what I'm going through because they are too. I'm an all or nothing girl with everything ie either very happy or very down, fast all day or graze(binge) all day...

My current stats are:

CW: 107
HW: 119
LW:  91
BMI: 19.6

GW:100 so 7lbs to lose

I have lost 3lbs in last 2 or 3 days. I did a 2 day fast, water/coffee/diet coke only. Today I have not been so good but I was so dizzy!

1 Apple: 53 cals
4 Mcchicken Nuggets: 175
1 portion small fries: 235
1 cheeseburger: 300 cals
2 bottles of orange juice: 98 cals

TOTAL: 861
